The Process When Working With You
Choosing to begin therapy can be an intimidating yet empowering process. During our time together I will incorporate what I’ve learned throughout my education, personal and professional experiences. I will assist you throughout your healing journey to help you better understand yourself. I will guide you in connecting where your thoughts and behaviors stem from and how to release them to build new ones. I will support you in personal accountability and provide resources that may help you integrate change and understanding of your human experiences. Throughout this process, you will start to see how your life may shift in ways that helps you to have relief from your symptoms, your relationship with yourself and others may start to become more meaningful, and you may start to live a more intentional life and free yourself of what has been holding you back.
